
Ingredients
For the top:
- Flesh of 3 avocados
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1 red chilli
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Handful of mint
- 1/2 handful of thyme
- 3 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Splash of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the bottom:
- 1 loaf ciabatta or sufficiently bougie equivalent
- Drizzle of olive oil

Method
- Drop all of he topping ingredients except for one avocado into a food processor and blast it together until smooth. Stir through the extra avocado to give it a chunky vibe
- Get a frying pan screaming hot
- Cut the ciabatta into two, drizzle with olive oil and place face down in the pan
- Cook until golden brown
- Serve large dollops of the avocado mix on the bread and top with lemon juice and extra chilli flakes
