
Ingredients
- 3-5 potatoes (suitable for roasting)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
- Pepper
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Glug of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius
- Peel and cut potatoes into chunky chips
- Drop the potatoes into a plastic bag and add the flour, cumin, rosemary pepper and chilli powder in on top
- Shake to mix
- Add in a healthy glug of oil and shake again until the chips are coated in oil
- Place in a single layer in an oven tray (you might need to use two) and cook for 60 minutes or until golden brown, turning once or twice throughout
- Serve with dip of your choice
