Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of frozen berries
  • 5 or so mint leaves
  • A dollop of yoghurt
  • 1 cup of milk

Method

  1. Bung everything into a food processor and give it a blast – if you are using fresh berries you will need to add a few cubes of ice
  2. Serve with mint and berries over the top (or in a jar if you are feeling hipster)
  3. Take photos and tag @vaguelyvegetarian on Instagram
  4. Bask in social media glory
